1) Do I have to sign a contract for a minimum length of time?
The minimum length of time a client signs a contract for is 2 consecutive months.

2) How many territories amI able to advertise in?
An interest list is put together to determine the number of territories opened each month, unless you choose a personalized door hanger, which can be done at any time.

3) How and when is payment made?
Payment is made by cheque, cash, or credit card on the terms negotiated with account managers.

4) Will I be beside my competitors?
We ‘lock out’ the direct competition on each one of our diect mail pieces.

5) What is the retention percentage that I can expect back?
The industry standard is 1-2% retention.

6) Will I receive a proof once my ad is designed?
Each client will receive up to 4 proofs per ad designed.

7) How do I send my information to the graphic designer?
Information to the graphic designer can be sent by phone, fax, or e-mail.

8) Will you help me put my ad together?
All of our account managers are trained to guide you with the preparation of designing an ad. Our graphic designer will work with you to completely design your ad.

9) Are their deadlines to send my information to you?
Deadlines are given by our account managers and are determined by the amount of time needed to complete the ad before going to print.

10)Will I be able to change my ad every month?
All ads can be changed each month as long as information is given to the account manager before the negotiated deadline.

11) How long does the printing process take?
The printing process takes between 5-7 business days.

12) Will I know an exact time and/or date that distribution takes place?
All clients are contacted by head office 1-2 days prior to each delivery.

13) How reliable is distribution?
Our distribution system uses strictly adult carriers 18 years and over. Each team, consisting of 6-12 people, are supervised to ensure that all products are delivered efficiently to their proper locations.

14) How many days does it take to distribute door hangers or flyers?
The process of delivery takes between 2 and 7 business days.

15) Does whether play a part in distribution?
Deliveries take place during light rain and snowfall, but stop and resume the next business day should the weather become worse.
